This program is for an area of 100 sq. ft. or less. This package would cover entertainment units, fireplaces, laundry rooms, small bathrooms, galley kitchens, wall book case cabinetry, and other small spaces or projects. Please note: This package includes Design and Material Selection only.

These services are included:

• One hour initial consulting visit to discuss the scope of the project
• Measurement of the existing or new space that is to be designed
• A complete set of working drawings, including floor plan and elevations with dimensions
• Material selection for designed area only and ordering of product
• Recommendation of cabinet manufacturer and contractor
• Ordering and working with cabinet manufacturer
• One hour design consultation
• >Follow-up visit within 2 weeks of project completion

Designer Package, Basic Program

This program is for an area up to 400 sq. ft. or less. This package is for kitchens, master baths, libraries, family rooms and other areas that meet the square footage criteria. This package is for homeowners that need the expert knowledge of a spacial designer and guidance selecting the materials for the designated area. Please note: This package includes Design and Material Selection only.

These services are included:

• One hour initial consulting visit to discuss the scope of the project
• Measurement of the existing or new space that is to be designed
• A complete set of working drawings, including floor plan and elevations with dimensions
• Material selection for designed area only and ordering of product
• Recommendation of cabinet manufacturer and contractor
• Ordering and working with cabinet manufacturer
• Four hours design consultation
• Follow-up visit within 2 weeks of project completion

Designer Package, Sterling Program
$5000*
This program extends the Basic Package for an areas up to 400 sq. ft. This package is for kitchens, master baths, libraries, family rooms and other areas that meet the square footage criteria. This package is for busy homeowners that need the expert knowledge of a spacial designer and a consultant who can expedite all elements of a renovation project from the desing stage to project completion. Please note: This package includes Design, Consulting, Material Selection, and Liaison between the Client and the Contractor.

These services are included:

• Two hour initial consulting visit to discuss the scope of the project
• Measurement of the existing or new space that is to be designed
• A complete set of working drawings, including floor plan and elevations with dimensions
• Material selection for the entire project, including flooring, cabinetry, counter top material, plumbing, electrical, back splash tile, appliances, and hardware
• A complete electrical plan for the designated area
• Tile design for back splash, floor, wall, or shower
• Recommendation of cabinet manufacturer and contractor
• Ordering of all materials, including cabinetry, and working with cabinet manufacturer
• Ten hours design consultation
• Minimum of five on-site visits during construction
• Liaison between client and contractor
• Follow-up visit within 2 weeks of project completion
  

Designer Package, Premier Program
$10,000*
This program includes design, consulting, materials selections, and liaison between the client and the builder for multiple areas or a large area of more than 400 sq. ft. This package is for large kitchens, or a combination of rooms. The homeowner will appreciate the expertise of a spacial designer and a consultant when there are multiple areas of a renovation or a new build to address.. Please note: The designer will expertly execute all elements of this package from the design phase to the completion of the project.

These services are included:

• Two hour initial consulting visit to discuss the scope of the project
• Measurement of the existing or new space that is to be designed
• A complete set of working drawings, including preliminary sketches to final floor plans and elevations
• Material selection for the entire project, including flooring, cabinetry, counter top material, plumbing, electrical, back splash tile, appliances, and hardware
• A complete electrical plan for the designated area
• Tile design for back splash, floor, wall, or shower
• Recommendation of cabinet manufacturer and contractor
• Ordering of all materials, including cabinetry, and working with cabinet manufacturer
• Twenty hours design consultation
• Unlimited site visits during construction
• Liaison between client and builder
