  • Create a Selection list of materials and products to keep the client within their budget

  • Create a timeline for purchasing, delivery and installation of building products

  • Act as a liaison between you and your contractor, keeping the communication flowing

  • Make sure all elements of the project are completed

  • Enjoy your newly renovated space with you!

My clients call me "The Renovation Advisor" or sometimes "The Renovation Savior." I will do all that I can to make sure that your project goes as smoothly as possible, and to alleviate stress. As your Renovation Advisor, I will be available to you in a variety of roles. There is the obvious, designer, advisor, manager, troubleshooter, shopper and penny-pincher, but there are other qualities that you will rely on me for. Therapist? Yes, I can help keep you sane through the project! Friend and confidante? I will be the one person who understands exactly what you are experiencing from day to day. Commedienne? I'll try to keep you laughing when the aggravating or unexpected occurs. Laughter relieves stress, and doesn't make your mascara run!
